Section 32
Saving Of Officers Against Loss Or Damage
The directors or employees of the Corporation shall not be held individually liable for any loss or damage caused or to be caused from any act done or purported to be done by them in good faith in the course of performing their duties in accordance with this Act and the Rules framed hereunder.
